RAMADAN 2020: Locked down. Looking to heavens. Fiber up! Ramadan is just around the corner for our Muslim community. This year’s Ramadan will start tomorrow, 23rd of April 2020, and will end after a month. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my warmest greetings to all the Muslims as we observe the Holy Month of Ramadan. It is a great opportunity for all of us to purify our minds, body, heart and soul by fasting and praying-- two of the five pillars of Islam (the other three being faith, charity, and the pilgrimage to Mecca) . It is also a time to welcome peace, prosperity and happiness all around the world. One important preparation is the quality of suhoor food.
