IMISSYOU....              The word "I miss you" is not enough for me to explain how I feel right now....           It's been awhile since the last time I saw you alive and smiling....           It's been a month since the last time you let me stay by yourside and hold your hand...           It's been a rough time trying to forget that I wont be able to feel the touch of your hands again, the warm hugs of your arms again,           the soft cheeks you let me kiss you everytime I leave and come home for school, the sound of your voice everytime you're scolding me for being hard-headed and everytime you commend me for doing something good... It is really true that you will only realize how much you truly miss someone when something happens, may it good or bad, and the only person you want to tell is the one person who isn't here anymor...

A daughter of a woman who died  with Breast Cancer Have you ever ask yourself, "Sa dinami-dami ng tao sa mundo, bakit Mama ko pa ang nagkaroon ng stage4 breast cancer? Bakit kailangan siya pa ang mahirapan eh mabait naman siya?" Those are the questions that kept bugging my mind since the day my mom passed away, December 24, 2015. I must say, that was the worst day of my entire life, ang makitang wala ng buhay ang babaeng dahilan kung bakit ka nabuhay. It is also the day I asked myself, of all people, Bakit kailangan siya pa? Ofcourse, this will forever remain just a question to me. It's painful to know that the woman who gave you your life, who made you believe in love at first sight, whom gave you unconditional love, who comforts you and understand you the most can also be the reason why you can't understand a lot of questions in your mind now that she's forever gone in your life. How I wish I could see her again, feel her arms again, ...

"Banofee Yogurt" Here's a Dessert I could suggest for you.  It comes with: -Banana (Anti-Cancer) -Banana Nut Crunch -Caramel Shell -Yogurt Full ripe Bananas: with dark patches on yellow skin produces a substance called TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor) which has the ability to combat abnormal cells. The more darker patches it has, the higher will be its immunity enhancement quality. Hence, the riper the banana, the better the anti cancer quality. Yogurt: Studies have shown that the use of yogurt in the diet triples the internal production of interferon which the immune system uses against tumor cells. Yogurt has also been shown to raise the level of natural killer cells. Yogurt has also been proven to slow down the growth of tumor cells in the GI tract and is able to improve the immune system's ability to destroy active tumor cells.

Start your day with a  Healthy breakfast!! If you're up to sweets like nutella, you should partner it  with healthy fruits like  strawberries. According to the articles that  I've read,  "Cancer has a sweet tooth" It is said that sugars make the cancer cells  active, Although research has shown that  cancer cells consume more sugar (glucose)  than normal cells, no studies have shown that eating sugar will make your cancer worse or that, if you stop eating sugar, your cancer will shrink or disappear. But as of course, "Prevention is always  better than cure" .
