BROWN'S GOURMET WITH A TWIST

Earlier this year, I was invited to dine-in at BROWN'S GOURMET Restaurant located at Katipunan, Quezon City.




First thing that I ordered was their Caramelized Pear + Lemon and Basil dressing. To tell you honestly, I am not really a big fan of these kind of foods but I tried to taste the Salad and it was really good. If you're into eating healthy foods, then this is best nutritious salad for you!




The next thing that I ordered was the Crispy Adobo Flakes Pasta with Roasted Chiken. Yes, you read it right guys! The pasta is very unique. It's actually my first time encountering a pasta with a twist of crispy adobo flakes. The roasted chicken is served with a vinegar dipping sauce on the side which I think is not really important since the flavor of the chicken was already tasty. The pasta sauce was a little bit creamy but overall the pasta dish is one of the must-try dishes at Brown's Gourmet!



Third one that I ordered was the Wild Mushroom Soup and the Pumpkin + Wasabi Soup. I tried the Wild Mushroom soup, it is also a very creamy soup for me. Then I tried the Pumpkin + Wasabi Soup. At first, I was actually expecting a "spicy" taste from it because of the wasabi that was written in the menu, but when I tried to taste the Pumpkin + Wasabi Soup, I was really happy and surprised because of the mouth-watering taste of it. I even ordered 3 bowls of this pumpkin soup.




Well, It's really obvious that this one was the best food that I ordered at their restaurant. If I am going to rate this soup, I can proudly say that this soup will get a rating of 11 out of 10 from me because of its delicious and unforgettable taste!




Next thing that I ordered was the Chicken Cordon Brown. This is one of their perfect plates! It is already partnered with a mashed potato and a salad. This is actually one of their most affordable plates in their menu.





Last thing that I ordered was their Best Seller which is their very own OMM BULGOGI RICE. This dish is surely their comfort food with a gourmet twist! This is a very EGG-cellent dish for me! I even ordered a take-out of OMM RICE for my dinner and also a pasalubong for my father.




Hmm, I usually just take water for my drinks but since all of this experience is a first time for me, I ordered their Mixed Berry Shake. It's a good thing for a first-timer guys! You can actually feel all the sweetness and the berry flavor you've been wanting to taste all your life!

I really enjoyed my whole experience in this Restaurant. The serving of their foods are quite big and the prices are affordable. I can’t wait to try their desserts since I didn't had the chance to order it because I was already full that time. I will surely come back here!
